Campsfire Child Safety Standards
Zero tolerance. Campsfire: shared memories, operated by Palithya Simha Industries, prohibits Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) in any form.
1. Purpose and scope
These Child Safety Standards apply to the Campsfire: shared memories mobile application (package in.campfire.app), related Campsfire services, and campsfire.com. They explain how Palithya Simha Industries prohibits, receives reports about, and responds to CSAE and CSAM.
2. Prohibited content and conduct
Users of Campsfire: shared memories may not create, upload, request, store, share, distribute, link to, or promote any of the following:
- Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)
- Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)
- Sexual exploitation of children
- Grooming children for sexual purposes
- Sexual solicitation of minors
- Sextortion involving children
- Trafficking or commercial sexual exploitation of children
- Sexual imagery involving minors (including generated or altered imagery)
- Facilitating or arranging sexual exploitation of children
- Accounts or behavior intended to target, endanger, or exploit children
This prohibition covers photos, videos, audio, text, links, Moments, Memories, Highlights, Reels, Stories, profiles, messages, and any other user-generated content on Campsfire.
3. Age requirement
Campsfire: shared memories is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly permit accounts for children under 13. If we learn that a user is under 13, we delete the account and associated personal data in line with our Privacy Policy.
4. How to report child-safety concerns
Anyone can report child-safety concerns related to Campsfire: shared memories:
- In the app: Use Report on users, Fires, Moments, Memories, Stories, Reels, and other user-generated content. Choose the reason Child safety (covers CSAE, CSAM, grooming, sexual exploitation of children, sexual solicitation of minors, and related concerns).
- Settings: Open Settings → Community & reporting for guidance on Report and Block tools.
- Email: Contact the Child Safety point of contact below. Include links, usernames, content IDs, dates, and a brief description when available. Do not email illegal imagery.
Reports submitted in-app are authenticated to the reporting account, stored with reason and timestamp, and are not shown to the reported user.
5. How Campsfire handles CSAM / CSAE reports
When Palithya Simha Industries obtains actual knowledge of prohibited CSAM or CSAE on Campsfire: shared memories, we take appropriate action consistent with these standards and applicable law. Our process includes:
- Prioritizing child-safety reports for review
- Investigating reports using available account, content, and metadata records
- Removing or restricting prohibited content
- Suspending or terminating accounts responsible for violations
- Restricting features when needed to prevent further harm
- Preserving information where legally appropriate
- Reporting to appropriate authorities or organizations where required by applicable law
We do not claim automated CSAM detection systems beyond the tools and processes we actually operate. Human review capacity may vary; child-safety reports are treated as high priority.
6. Enforcement
For confirmed or reasonably believed violations of these standards, Campsfire may:
- Remove or restrict prohibited content
- Suspend accounts
- Terminate accounts
- Restrict functionality
- Investigate reports
- Preserve information where legally appropriate
- Report to appropriate authorities or organizations where required by law
Enforcement decisions are made by Palithya Simha Industries for Campsfire: shared memories. Ordinary users cannot see reporter identity or internal investigation notes.
7. Legal compliance
Palithya Simha Industries aims to comply with applicable child-safety laws and regulations in jurisdictions where Campsfire: shared memories is offered, including obligations that apply when we obtain actual knowledge of CSAM/CSAE. We cooperate in good faith with lawful requests from authorities consistent with applicable law and our Privacy Policy.

This inbox is the published child-safety point of contact for Google Play notifications, trusted flaggers, law enforcement inquiries related to child safety, and user reports that cannot be submitted in-app. Mark the subject line with CHILD SAFETY or CSAM/CSAE when possible.
General product support uses the same address; child-safety messages are prioritized.
