Zero tolerance. Campsfire: shared memories, operated by Palithya Simha Industries, prohibits Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) in any form.

1. Purpose and scope

These Child Safety Standards apply to the Campsfire: shared memories mobile application (package in.campfire.app), related Campsfire services, and campsfire.com. They explain how Palithya Simha Industries prohibits, receives reports about, and responds to CSAE and CSAM.

2. Prohibited content and conduct

Users of Campsfire: shared memories may not create, upload, request, store, share, distribute, link to, or promote any of the following:

This prohibition covers photos, videos, audio, text, links, Moments, Memories, Highlights, Reels, Stories, profiles, messages, and any other user-generated content on Campsfire.

3. Age requirement

Campsfire: shared memories is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly permit accounts for children under 13. If we learn that a user is under 13, we delete the account and associated personal data in line with our Privacy Policy.

4. How to report child-safety concerns

Anyone can report child-safety concerns related to Campsfire: shared memories:

Reports submitted in-app are authenticated to the reporting account, stored with reason and timestamp, and are not shown to the reported user.

5. How Campsfire handles CSAM / CSAE reports

When Palithya Simha Industries obtains actual knowledge of prohibited CSAM or CSAE on Campsfire: shared memories, we take appropriate action consistent with these standards and applicable law. Our process includes:

We cooperate in good faith with lawful requests from authorities consistent with applicable law and our Privacy Policy.
